Our client based in Glasgow are currently looking for an experienced senior level PA to support and work closely with the Finance Director. You will be responsible for all day-to-day support as well as liasing and working closely with senior management.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

Our client based in Glasgow are currently looking for an experienced senior level PA to support and work closely with the Finance Director. You will be responsible for all day-to-day support as well as liasing and working closely with senior management.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, professional and be able to communicate with employees at all levels. Your key responsibilities will include:
· Acting as first point of contact for telephone enquiries for the Finance Director.
· Diary management.
· Meeting and travel co-ordination.
· Document preparation and revision.
· Collating meeting papers.
· Minute taking.
· Preparing agendas, papers and minutes for Finance Committees.
· Assisting with the effective communication of financial strategies.
· Organising room bookings, facilities and catering for meetings.
· Facilitation and preparation of budget reports.
· Monitoring monthly reports.
· Administration of the Finance Directors Office.
· Any other tasks required.

This role requires a candidate with a proven track record in a similar senior level role. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of discretion, diplomacy and judgement, strong communication skills and excellent IT skills. The role will involve some travel within the UK. The salary reflects the calibre of candidate required.

Homeless Support Worker, Glasgow, £8.24ph

Our Client is looking for Support Staff to work within and to provide support to individual who have experience of homelessness.

You will provide support and care to individuals consistent with their needs.

Your main duties will be to support individuals aged between 18-25 to live a more independent lifestyle, by:-

  • Offering a safe secure environment for the period of time that a resident is living in the project
  • Providing a quality service compatible with the assessed needs of the resident
  • Maximising the opportunities for the residents to develop both in terms of acquiring/consolidating skills and abilities and the building up of self-esteem
  • Regularly monitoring the residents development
  • Assessing, and assisting the process of securing appropriate follow-on accommodation for each resident.

You must have a minimum of one years experience in this field.
