Main Purposes of the Job
Our client, a market leader in the field, are looking to recruit a Telesales Administrator to join the team.
Working closely with the sales team you will be responsible for processing orders and well as Key Account Management.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
Position: Telesales Administrator
Salary: £14,000 - £16,000 per annum & bonus
Location: Hillington, Glasgow
Our client, a market leader in the field, are looking to recruit a Telesales Administrator to join the team.
Working closely with the sales team you will be responsible for processing orders and well as Key Account Management. Duties will include:
- Taking customer quotes via telephone and email.
- Processing quotes on system.
- Up-selling and promoting related products.
- Calling existing customers and building relationships.
- Fact-finding exercises for new business.
- Chasing potential leads for new business.
- Updating and maintaining customer details on the system.
- Sending out promotional emails and literature.
- Any other duties required.
This is the ideal role for a candidates with a strong customer service / sales background who also enjoys the administration aspects of the role.
Previous experience is essential for this role.
