Position: Resourcer (Construction Environment) Salary: Dependant on skills and experience Location: Glasgow City Centre Prime Staff has built one of the most experienced, dedicated and motivated recruitment teams in the market place. Due to a growth in business levels, a position has arisen within the successful Construction Division. Your responsibilities will include: · Creating job adverts and posting them online. · Logging and dealing with all ad response, sourcing suitable candidates. · Sourcing candidates and evaluating suitability against defined client requirements. · Interviewing candidates. · Monitoring the full recruitment process including telephone screening, interview confirmation, candidate feedback, checking bank details and all identification and qualifications. · Attending meetings, reporting progress and providing updates to Manager. You will have a proven track record from a recruitment background. Sector knowledge is a must as you will need to be confident and credible when in communication with candidates and clients. You will be able to work and react within a fast paced environment. You should have an outgoing personality and be able to communicate effectively and competently at all levels.
