Our client, a market leader in their field are looking to recruit a professional and experienced Receptionist to join the team be based front-of-house.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
Position: Receptionist (6 month - 9 month FTC)
Salary: Approx £16,000 pro rata
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Our client, a market leader in their field are looking to recruit a professional and experienced Receptionist to join the team be based front-of-house.
As the first point of contact, you must be well spoken with excellent presentation. Previous experience from a professional / corporate reception area is essential for this role. Responsibilities will include:
· Answering calls on a busy switchboard.
· Passing on calls and taking message where appropriate.
· Welcoming clients and visitors to reception.
· Recording all bookings for meeting rooms and also staff equipment requests.
· Maintaining the visitors book, issue security badges etc.
· Assist with teas and coffees and arranging catering for meetings when required.
· Maintain staff telephone listings.
· Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
· Book taxis for staff and clients.
· Any other duties required.
Previous reception / switchboard experience is essential for this role. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to deal with and communicate with all levels of personnel.
For the right candidate this contract could lead to a permanent role.
