A rare opportunity has arisen within the successful Commercial Division of Prime Staff. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a career in a fast-moving industry. You will have a proven track record from a similar role coupled with a professional telephone manner and smart appearance. Your main responsibilities will include: · Identifying and servicing client needs. · Writing and advertising outstanding positions. · Pre-screening candidates to assess suitability. · Coaching candidates on interview skills / testing. · Manage temporary and permanent candidate availability. · Sending out speculative CVs and marketing candidates to potential clients. · New business generation through mail shots, calls and meetings. · Deal with aftercare and service calls. · Co-ordinate documents and tenders and negotiate fees. · Administration duties including checking identification and eligibility to work in the UK, obtaining bank details, dealing with timesheets, payroll enquiries etc. Full training will be provided for this role. We are a small hard working team and the successful candidate will have a flexible approach to work. Experience of working in a targeted environment is also an advantage.
