Key Responsibilities / Duties
Our client is a medium-sized sub-contractor specialising in commercial and industrial refurbishment projects. Due to considerable expansion, they currently have a vacancy for a Project Manager, or a suitably experienced Site Manager looking for career progression.
Ideally with 3 years experience in a refurb / re-fit environment, the successful candidate will have a flexible approach due to the varying nature of the work involved. CSCS card, and full (preferably clean) UK driving licence are essential for this job, as sites are located throughout the Central Belt.
