Prime Group are currently recruiting on behalf of one of Scotland's premier construction firms for an experienced Project Manage working on a variety of stes in West Central Scotland.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
Prime Group are currently recruiting on behalf of one of Scotland’s premier construction firms for an experienced Project Manager working on a variety of sites in West Central Scotland, predominantly in the Glasgow / Ayrshire area. Responsible for multiple sites at a time, you will be flexible and willing to travel on a regular basis.
You will have extensive day-to-day site management experience, and have the necessary communicative and IT skills to effectively manage sub-contractors and prepare reports. Ideally you will have 5 years experience of working on traditional and D&B sites across a variety of sectors, although the emphasis will be on residential and leisure / commercial sites. Previous experience of managing projects of over £5M would be a distinct advantage.
