Position: Office Co-ordinator / Receptionist
Salary: £12,000 - £14,000 per annum
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Our prestigious city centre based client requires an experienced and enthusiastic Receptionist / Office Co-ordinator to join and support the team. The successful person will be flexible, hard working, well presented and have strong communication skills. A proven track record in an administration-focussed role is essential along with strong PC skills (including Word and Excel).
Duties will include:
· Answering incoming telephone calls.
· Meeting and greeting visitors.
· Assisting the Director as and when required.
· Updating databases, maintaining expenses and job information.
· Processing invoices.
· Updating and creating spreadsheets.
· Filing.
· Arranging refreshments.
· Formatting tenders and documents.
· Supporting the Office Manager and any other tasks required by the Office Manager.
Hours of Work 9am - 5.30pm (1hour for lunch).
