Our professional client, a market leader in their field, are looking to recruit an Office Co-ordinator / PA to ensure the smooth running of all admin related functions.

Position:  Office Co-ordinator / Admin Manager

 

Salary:  circa £18,000 per annum

 

Location:  Glasgow

 

Our professional client, a market leader in their field, are looking to recruit an Office Co-ordinator / PA to ensure the smooth running of all admin related functions.

 

Working with, and co-ordinating a small team, your duties will include:

 

  • Typing and issuing of letters, reports, minutes and specifications.
  • Diary organisation.
  • Co-ordinating company car usage.
  • Maintaining Personnel Listings.
  • Issuing Absence Forms.
  • Co-ordination of Office Maintenance.
  • Ordering and controlling stationary.
  • Managing and processing Purchase Request Forms.
  • Answering telephone calls.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Arranging catering facilities.
  • Dealing with incoming / outgoing mail.
  • Any adhoc duties are required.

 

The successful candidates will be an excellent communicator with a professional attitude and smart appearance.  You will be flexible, pro-active, a team player and also be able to work from own initiative.

 

Good keyboard and IT skills are essential.
