With a proven track record from a similar role and a flexible working attitude, you will be responsible for wide variety of duties including: · Assisting with recruitment, selection and induction of personnel. · Arranging interviews and all related administration. · Identifying and arranging travel requirements. · Organising medicals, process expenses. · Accurate maintenance of schedules and staff records. · Verifying documents / ID and checking references. · Issuing letters /cerification as required. · Monitoring staff appraisals. · Arranging industry standard medicals. · Providing information for claims and assisting with budget requirements. · Any other admin duties as required. You will be professional, have strong communication skills and strong IT skills. Knowledge of Outlook , Word and Excel is essential. Experience from a marine / shipping environment is essential for this role, candidates without this experience will not be considered. This role will be based in Glasgow.
