Our client, an established Scottish surveying firm, are actively recruiting for Intermediate Quantity Surveyors in their Edinburgh city centre office. With a recognised HND or degree in a relevant subject and a minimum 2 years experience in the role, you will be looking for the next step on the career ladder with a company renowned for their training and professional development schemes.
Reporting initially to the Senior Surveyor, you will be a motivated self-starter, as you will soon be encouraged to work on your own initiative to drive the business forward. Our client deals with a wide range of residential projects, up to the value of £50m so previous experience of assisting in projects of this size would be beneficial.
