We are recruiting for an experienced Financial Analyst for our Glasgow based client. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller the main responsibilities are to provide key analysis and financial modelling to the Finance Management team, taking the lead on ad hoc projects when required. Duties include: Review and analyse the Group's monthly and quarterly annual reporting Provide assistance in year-end process including statutory accounts, tax computations and other duties as directed by the Group FC Assist with maintenance, future development and reporting functionality of the accounts system Maintain responsibility for group VAT reporting and compliance The successful applicant will be CA, ACCA or ACMA qualified with a working knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS and UK Taxation. You will also have advanced MS Excel skills and ideally knowledge of Access. Due to level of response, only suitable candidates will be contacted.
