NEW LEGISLATION

As from Sunday 1^st October 2006 discrimination in the workplace on the grounds of age is now illegal, with the introduction of the Employment Equality Age Regulations.  With significant changes expected in today’s working environment all employers must now be aware of the current legislation to avoid unlawfully discriminatory decisions in the workplace.
