Hours: Office Hours Monday to Friday
Salary: £12,500 per annum plus benefits.
An excellent opportunity! A top employer based in Glasgow City Centre, is currently looking to recruit an experienced and conscientious administrator to join one of their business departments.
Reporting to the Team Leader and working in a friendly team, you will be responsible for:
· Dealing with customer details, forms and product order applications.
· Processing customer orders.
· Scanning associated documentation.
· Co-ordinating and answering customer correspondence (both written and verbal).
· Inputting data and maintaining databases.
· Liasing with associated departments and any other ad hoc administration duties as required.
The ideal candidate will be preferably be educated to at least HNC level with a proven track record in administration focussed work. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.
