Construction Recruitment Consultant

The Prime Group has been established since 1993 with offices and on sites in Glasgow, Hamilton, Hillington, Renfrew, Paisley and Inchinnan.

The company have specialist divisions within Industrial, Commercial, Social Care, Construction & Engineering and also Professional & Technical.

This position is for a traditional Recruitment Consultant who can not only service existing clients but can increase the client base within the Construction Sector by both telesales and face to face calls.
As a major player within the Construction Temps market in West Central Scotland, we need to grow through the development of new business, as well as growing the existing business through continuous improvements in the quality of our service.

You will have a minimum of 12 months recruitment experience in any sector, an outgoing personality and an excellent knowledge of word and excel.  You will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process from advertising, interviewing, screening, inductions, timesheet and payroll along with daily contact with the workforce and our extensive database of existing, potential and competitor agency users.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a very well established, secure and trusted company where the Directors are as hands on as the newest recruit to this well established team. Many of our staff and Directors have been with us for over 10 years.

Construction Recruitment Resourcer

This position is for an existing Resourcer to service the temporary recruitment needs of our well established client base within Central Scotland.

As a major player within the Construction Temps market in Scotland, we need a good team player to maintain and where possible help grow the existing business through regular contact coupled with continuous improvements in the quality of our service.

You will have a minimum of 12 months recruitment experience in any sector, an outgoing personality, very strong admin skills and an excellent knowledge of word, excel and possibly PowerPoint. You will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process from advertising, interviewing, screening, inductions, timesheets along with daily contact with the workforce and our extensive database of existing clients.

Credit Controller

With a combined turnover fast approaching £10 million we need an experienced Credit Controller to keep on top of the accounts with our considerable list of clients covering all divisions.

Ideally you will have experience in dealing with factors, be computer literate and a team player willing to cross train on other admin duties as and when required.

the successful candidate will be joining an established admin team of 5 and the hours will be Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm or 09:00am - 5:30pm

 Trainee Receptionist
£national Minimum Wage
 
We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, well presented, enthusiastic individual to join our team of recruitment specialists in our city centre office.
You will be required to be the frontline contact for all clients and candidates calling into our busy office.
You will provide efficient administrative support to our directors, consultants and payroll department.
 
Main Duties
  • Answering incoming calls and redirecting them to appropriate colleagues or distributing message ppropriate
  • Greeting visitors to the office
  • Opening and distributing incoming mail
  • Distribution of faxes to the appropriate colleagues
  • collation and processing of outgoing mail
  • Organising of meeting rooms
  • General housekeeping of the reception area
  • And any other admin duties as and when required

Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

the successful candidate will be joining an established admin team of 6. hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
