Our client, a global organisation based in the Glasgow area, are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to work within one of there busiest departments.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
Our client, a global organisation based in the Glasgow area, are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to work within one of there busiest departments.
With a proven track record from a marine based environment, you will be responsible for:
· Assisting with the administration of the recruitment process.
· Liaising with Recruitment Officers to identify vacancies.
· Identifying potential candidates from internal and external recruitment sources.
· Arranging interviews.
· Ensuring all related documentation is collated.
· Liaising with recruiting departments as required.
· Any other admin support required.
To be successful in this role you must be coming from a marine industry background. Strong PC and admin skills are essential.
