We are recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to work within our successful Glasgow based client.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
We are recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to work within our successful Glasgow based client.
Reporting to the Business Development Manager the purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth and successful development of new products from start to finish whilst also providing an excellent level of customer service. Key duties will include:
Defining customer needs
Liasing with internal colleagues and suppliers
Completion and monitoring of costs
Packaging Development
Managing client expectations in the event of unforeseen issues
Account Development and follow up of new opportunities
The successful applicant will have relevant experience gained within a similar role. You will also have well developed communication skills and be confident in building customer relationships. You will have good IT skills including MS Powerpoint with experience of Photoshop being an advantage.
Candidates will ideally have a manufacturing background however packaging development experience would be advantageous.
